Did you know that you can support Back to Jerusalem simply by shopping online? Amazon Smile and eBay Charity are two programs that have agreed for a percentage of their sales to go to a charity of your choice. If you use either or both of these sites, you can now give while you shop/sell.
To use Amazon Smile, you’ll just need to do a quick setup to choose your charity. Visit smile.amazon.com or turn Smile on via your mobile Amazon Shopping app. If you’re using a web browser, click “Get Started” on the home page. Then, use your regular Amazon login info to sign in and designate Back to Jerusalem as the charity of your choice. From this point on, when you’re shopping, be sure to use the smile.amazon site, so that a percentage of your eligible purchases are automatically directed toward the ministry. As of March 2021, BTJ has received $1,827.29 from Amazon Smile.
The eBay Charity partners with PayPal Giving to allow eBay sellers to designate 10% – 100% of an item’s final sale price to charity, or to make a straight donation for any amount. To sign up, visit charity.ebay.com and type in Back to Jerusalem, USA in the “Find a Charity” field. Currently, there are 4,961 items for sale that benefit BTJ. To date, we’ve received $7,453.74 through this fund.
Small choices like these add up over time and are easy ways to undergird the Back to Jerusalem vision. We bless you and thank you for your continued prayers and support for our Chinese brothers and sisters!
