Join us in Bhutan

Bhutan is a small mysterious unreached nation tucked away in the Himalayan mountains. The name Bhutan means “Land of the Thunder Dragon.”

Bhutan is mostly unreached with the Gospel with only 0.3% professing to believe in Christ. The majority of the underground secret Christian population is Nepalese – a people group originally from Nepal.

Bhutan is one of the few nations in the world without a single traffic light. They just started to allow television for the people only 11 years ago.

BTJ is doing a prayer walk together with the underground house church in Bhutan this fall and you are invited to join us! It is easy but you have to act quickly, because time is running out. Full payment is due August 1, 2019.

BTJ just released a praise and worship CD in the Bhutan language this month, supporting the first and only Christian music artist in Bhutan creating organic Christian music in the local Bhutan Dzongkha language.

One out of every three people in the nation are under the age of 14 with a median age of only 22. This new generation is open for the Gospel.

This fall, BTJ will take a small team with us to Bhutan to pray over the nation and to meet together with the underground house church members and hear directly from them.
