Yesterday, BTJ launched OPERATION RESCUE to raise funds for a mother in Afghanistan to locate and reconnect her with her three-year-old daughter who she was forced to sell. Miraculously, within hours, BTJ reached the financial goal for this effort.

Zahra (not her real name) recently became a believer. BTJ missionaries arrived at her home and heard her story. She was close to commiting suicide after being severely beaten by the Taliban and forced to sell her daughter in order to survive. Now, BTJ missionaries are helping her to find her daughter. Never would she have believed that God would send help from every corner of the world to assist her.
