Climate Change Being Used to Support Terrorists and Their Attacks on Christians

There is a confusing trend growing in the world today where nations are sending money to terrorists. Many Christians are scratching their heads trying to make sense of why nations would fight terrorism on one hand and then support it on the other.

The reason is easier to understand than you might think.

The reason behind the confusion is Climate Change is popular to blame and doesn’t blow up buildings when identified as the source of the problem. Politicians get points for virtue signaling when they declare war against Climate Change, but are labeled as racists and Islamaphobes if they point to the dangerous Islamic ideologies fueling groups like ISIS, the Taliban, al-Qaida, the Ayatollah, the Muslim Brotherhood, Boko Haram, Al-Shabaab, Hezbollah, or Hamas.

Look at the Christmas Massacre in Nigeria two months ago, when 200 Christians were slaughtered by Islamic Terrorists.  The real culprit was not blamed on Islam, but Climate ChangeClimate Change was blamed as the reason for the the cruel rule of the Taliban and their violent takeover of Afghanistan. The UN has claimed that Climate Change is the reason for the rise of ISIS.

This is an extremely dangerous trend, because by connecting terrorism to Climate Change, leaders are essentially removing the responsibility of dangerous ideology like Islam and placing it on western nations. More dangerous still, it suggests that the primary way to fix the problem is to send money to the areas that are seeing violence as a result of Climate Change. Where are those violent areas that are the result of Climate Change? Answer – where terrorists have control. So, nations send Climate Change resources to terrorists to help “fight Climate Change.”

Take the current situation in Yemen as an example. The Houthis are attacking US and European ships in the area and now the US Navy is engaging in direct conflict.

Yemen is poor and the people are dying of starvation. Where do they get money to fight battles with the US? Of course the Houthis are known to be a proxy, funded by the Iranian government, but they were also supported by the US!

In 2020, the US government labeled Houthis a terrorist organization, but arguments were made that the Houthis were less terrorists and more victims of Climate Change. As a result, Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s first order of business was taking the Houthis off the list of foreign terrorist organizations. Despite their deadly Islamic ideology that led to attacks against civilians, kidnapping, rape, and practice of modern day slavery, the US sent aid to them.

In December 2021, fifteen US Senators, including Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Pat Leahy, Kirsten Gillibrand, etc, insisted on providing aid to the Houthis because they were facing a Climate Change famine.

The truth is, Yemen was facing a famine. It was a manufactured famine brought on by the bad policies of Islamic terrorists. According to one report, “in one Yemeni province, 65% of residents faced food shortages even though the UN had sent enough food to feed a million people.”

The food was being used to feed the Houthis army or being resold to gain money to support the war effort. In addition to that, the Houthis imposed taxes on international aid workers and then used the money to finance their operations.

What was the ultimate result? The more aid that was sent, the richer the terrorists got and the worse the famine became and more violence that was experienced.

“When is the last time the US Navy was involved in this level of combat?” asked a journalist with 60 Minutes.

“I would say, WWII,” Admiral Cooper responded.

This is a major battle with Islamists that is as big of a Naval operation as was seen in WWII, yet very little concern is being given to the event, because it does not fit the narrative that Global Warming is the problem.

How much aid has been sent to Gaza that was used to launch attacks against Israel? Did the aid help ease the Climate Change? The argument is being made that the opposite happened.

Playing along with the music of Climate Change, Nada Majdalani, the Ramallah-based Palestine director for EcoPeace Middle East, told Al Jazeera, “On the ground, this war has destroyed every aspect of Gaza’s environment.” Al Jazeera reported that Israel’s self defense efforts, “could further affect climate change in a region that has already seen temperatures increase, with projections of a 4 degrees Celsius (7.2 degrees Fahrenheit) rise by the end of the century.”

Majdalani continued, “Gazans have been climate adaptive, and some 60 percent of their energy would come from solar power. Destroying the solar panels is not only targeting the wellbeing of people, it’s diminishing the efforts of the Gazans in taking climate adaptation and measures to secure clean energy.”

Translation? Israel is not just at war with Hamas, but also in a war against the climate.

The hypocrisy is astounding. When terrorists launch attacks, it is often painted with a Climate Change brush that suggests it is not ultimately their fault, but that they are only victims scrambling for diminishing natural resources. However, when nations defend themselves against the terrorists, they are exacerbating the problem of Climate Change and are thus the real enemy.

The unfortunate bottom line is the Climate Change argument is being used to support terrorists, condemn those who repel them, and most disgustingly, excuse and cover up terrorist attacks on Christians.

He has a PhD, but is not a real doctor, so please do not call for him during a medical emergency on an airplane when someone is having a heart attack. Eugene started working for Back to Jerusalem in the year 2000 after a backroom deal involving Chinese spies, the NRA, Swiss bankers, and a small group of Apostolic Christians that only baptize in Jesus’ name. He spends most of his time in closed countries attempting to topple governments by proclaiming the name of Jesus and not taking showers. From time-to-time he pretends to be a writer. He is not good at it, but everyone around him tries to humor him.
