Missionaries in War Zones

Urgent help is needed for BTJ missionaries and their families serving in war zones. “Our missionaries are in extremely dangerous areas because of the war,” Pastor Andrew (not his real name) recently reported. Pastor Andrew is a lead mission pastor from China and represents one of the largest underground house church networks.

“Because of the wars in the Middle East, the missionaries are being relocated all the time to help their families escape the violence. The missionaries are tired, exhausted, and running out of options and resources. The missionaries need urgent support.”

Back to Jerusalem missionaries primarily serve in the most unreached areas between China and Jerusalem. This means they are MISSIONARIES IN WAR ZONES, the nations where most foreign missionaries refuse to go, because it is both dangerous and highly illegal.

In fact, less than 2% of all Christian missionaries in the world dare to serve in the region between China and Jerusalem right now. This means that very few people in the most unreached regions of the world will ever see a living missionary to bring them the Good News of Jesus Christ unless someone is willing to go. This region of the world is also the final frontier of the Gospel message. It is the one area of the world that has not heard the Good News, which is why the region is so violent and volatile.

But Jesus never told us to wait until it was safe. He never commanded His disciples to complete the Great Commission only during peace time. On the contrary, it is arguable that the most volatile times is when people need to hear the Good News the most.

However, it is not easy or safe. That is why MISSIONARIES IN WAR ZONES need our help today.
