Why China Remains One of the Few Nations To NOT Congratulate Joe Biden on a Win

Though mainstream media has been quick to crown presidential candidate Joe Biden the winner of the US presidential election, China has been more cautious.
On Monday, China’s Foreign Ministry spokesman dodged questions asking when China would congratulate Joe Biden, saying only that China would act in “accordance with international practice.”
China remains one of the few major nations that has not yet called to congratulate Joe Biden on his win. It seems that China is taking a very balanced approach when handling this delicate situation. There are many things riding on the new administration, including US-China trade, future of the US in the WHO, the Paris Climate accord (from which China benefits), and international standards of religious liberties.
The Chinese underground house church has seen more persecution in the last two years than in the last two decades. There are many questions yet to be answered about how a Biden administration would deal with China in regards to this increase of persecution against Christians.
Before those questions can be answered, the world must wait together with China to see who the final winner of the presidential election will be.

I have read that China has been helping to incorporate their software and know how to censor information in America, and that deal was facilitated by Biden & company.
