Why Are Muslim Nations So Angry With Sweden?
The unrest in Sweden, including Muslim protests, Quran burnings, and the recent storming and torching of the Swedish Embassy in Baghdad, have significant impact upon the world.
A Christian woman living in Pakistan was accused of sending text messages to her disabled husband. She was illiterate and did not own a mobile phone, but she was working as a janitor for a Christian school that the Muslims wanted to see closed. Thus, Shagufta spent 8 years on death row for allegedly sending a text message condemning Islam and the Prophet Muhammed. She was tried under the blasphemy laws. Is death by hanging a fitting punishment for this supposed crime?
