The sister of North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un, has been labeled as “the most dangerous woman in the world” by experts in the area.

Kim Yo-jong, the daughter to former North Korean leader Kim Jong Il, is the most powerful woman in North Korean history. She currently controls the nations propaganda wing, also known as the Deputy Department Director of the Publicity and Information Department of the Workers’ Party of Korea. She is the only woman on the panel of State Affairs Commission of North Korea and is considered to be one of the most powerful people in North Korea, besides her brother Kim Jong Un.

She is the first woman to ever threaten another nation with the use of nuclear weapons while not even officially a head of state.

North Korean expert, Sung-Yoon Lee, a fellow at the The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, argued “Kim Yo Jong today is indeed the most dangerous woman in the world in all of Korean history, perhaps world history!”

Lee is the author of the number one book on Amazon called, “The Sister,” which tracks Yo Jong’s rise to power as the most dangerous woman in the world. “Although she is relatively young – she turns 36 at the end of September – she is a woman who brings, of course, a softer image to the brutish, chauvinistic, male-dominated facade of her nation,” Lee said. “She is to be taken very seriously.”
