The Little Church in Wales With a Big Impact on North Korea

Yesterday, the BTJ team was in Wales at the small rural Hanover Chapel in Llanover, Wales, which is visited each year by up to 2,000 Koreans. Even though there were only 15 people in the worship service, the attendees were from South Korea, China, Australia and Yorkshire.

The church is well-known to many Christians from Korea who want to make a pilgrimage to the church that sent out Robert Jermain Thomas, the first missionary martyr to the Korean peninsula.

During our time there, we were able to work on our new video series, CHASING LEGACY, that will be out this year. CHASING LEGACY is a new video series by BTJ that explores the significance of the early pioneers of the faith who have largely been forgotten by the world Christian body.

We were also able to spend the day with Stella and Dr. Steve Price, working on our next book that will be released early next year. Stella and Dr. Price have spent most of their lives researching the testimony and death of Robert Jermaine Thomas, even buying and refurbishing his childhood home.
