The Back To Jerusalem Podcast

Many mistake the idea of Back to Jerusalem as a movement of the Chinese church to evangelize Jerusalem. However, Back to Jerusalem is the goal of the Chinese church to evangelize the unreached peoples from eastern provinces of China, westwards towards Jerusalem. Our organization partners with the church of China to not only evangelize the religiously oppressed areas of Asia, but to also train and send Chinese missionaries into the unreached regions of the globe, including Muslim, Buddhist, and Hindu nations. This podcast is a publication of the 501(c)(3) organization Back To Jerusalem and chronicles our experiences from the field.

THE GOSPEL – IT STILL WORKS One of our favorite Scripture verses is Matt. 24:14 because it speaks to us about when our Lord will return. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. NIV It helps us to stay on point: the great privilege of

Two weeks ago, we wrote about the Nigerian church as a force for mission in Africa and beyond. What impact is the Nigerian church already having? What vision do they have for the future of mission? Times change but our call never does. More than ever is the world in need of hope, of comfort, of good news. Many doors close as we speak. Our traditional ways of evangelising will not be possible for a time. But we have the Spirit of God. His power in us will enable us to find new ways. In times

Two thousand years ago, Jesus told us to share the Good News with all the nations (Matthew 24:14). So, why has this task not been completed? Think about this – what if the Great Commission were an exam? What grade would we get? Well, there are currently 10,271 people groups around the world. Out of those 10,271different people groups, there

The worldwide missionary movement is no longer mainly Western. Back to Jerusalem is a prominent example of a missionary movement that developed apart from a connection to Western structures. Many Christians in the West rejoice when they hear about the work of these non-Western missionaries. Others express concern. Are they properly trained? Do they have member care in place? Do

BTJ is saddened by the news of our friend, Don Richardson’s home-going on December 23, 2018. Most anyone in missions these days has been influenced by the life and ministry of Don. We at BTJ are no exception. As one who joyfully laid down his life for the Gospel of Christ, we are honored to have known and worked with
