The Back To Jerusalem Podcast

Many mistake the idea of Back to Jerusalem as a movement of the Chinese church to evangelize Jerusalem. However, Back to Jerusalem is the goal of the Chinese church to evangelize the unreached peoples from eastern provinces of China, westwards towards Jerusalem. Our organization partners with the church of China to not only evangelize the religiously oppressed areas of Asia, but to also train and send Chinese missionaries into the unreached regions of the globe, including Muslim, Buddhist, and Hindu nations. This podcast is a publication of the 501(c)(3) organization Back To Jerusalem and chronicles our experiences from the field.
The Gnashing of Teeth in Syria – A Living Apocalypse
Without hyperbole, the nation of Syria is living in the apocalypse. It is a nation where wailing, suffering, and the gnashing of teeth is never ending. The sun and moon are drowned out daily by the smoke of bombs and explosions. Misery and suffering foretold in the book of Revelation is unfolding in Syria and the recent earthquake is just

It is not what you think it is. Our mental image of missionary doctors is usually a blond female in white scrubs injecting the black arm of a starving child, or something similar. But we are talking about Chinese missionary doctors running clinics in underserved minority areas in China. Meet Mary (not her real name). Mary was the daughter of

Few things have propelled the church into new unreached areas like deadly diseases. If we look back in history we can see that God can use us in lock-down or not. Whether you are staying at home or out ministering to others, now is the time to share the name of Jesus like never before. A world in panic needs

As the United States celebrated the return of three Americans held hostage in North Korea, there was a group of heroes behind the scenes whose efforts went almost totally unnoticed – the workers at the Swedish Embassy in Pyongyang. The United States has no embassy or official diplomatic relationship with North Korea. When American missionaries are arrested in North Korea,

In a small meeting of Chinese Back to Jerusalem missionaries, I was able to listen to the challenges, victories, and hardships of working inside of North Korea for the last year. “There have been many challenges, but God’s word continues to make an impact,” Mr. Wong (not his real name) said. “Our business has had to adapt to the many

Back to Jerusalem is a movement founded on a willingness to suffer and sacrifice for the gospel. Last spring, a young Chinese brother and sister payed the ultimate price when they were abducted and later killed by ISIS terrorists in Pakistan. Their death was an embarrassment for Pakistan, a country that has a great economical interest in keeping Chinese ex-pats

A new threat from North Korea to the rest of the world is almost a weekly event, but for the people in North Korea, BTJ is predicting a battle for survival this winter that will have nothing to do with war with America, Japan, or South Korea. Starvation is on the horizon in North Korea this winter and it might
