“My Afghan friend told me that the Taliban banned martial arts,” Stone wrote in a message this morning. Stone is a BTJ partner who has been working with the underground house church in China for about 20 years.
“Just a few months ago,” Stone continued writing, “my friends brother was training to be a UFC fighter and his career was stopped.”
Ironically, the Taliban, a known terrorist group that is known for beating women for not covering themselves with a full burka and throwing homosexuals from rooftops for sexual perversion, banned any professional competition that involves punching in face for being “too violent.”
In September, BTJ played a video of an Afghan mother of two who was beaten by the Taliban so bad that her arm was broken and her skull fractured. The injuries that she sustained were so bad that she could not work or feed her family. She sold her three-year-old daughter to a fifty year old man to buy food.
Last month, BTJ was able to rescue the young girl and reunite her with her mother.
