Our Body’s Natural Immune System and How to Make it Better – with Dr. Erika

While there is vigorous and passionate debate about whether to take the vaccine or to not take the vaccine, BTJ has asked a medical doctor to join our podcast to discuss something that very few people are talking about today – our immune system.

Episode 597: Vaccine Or No Vaccine Dominating Debates – But What about the Immune System?

Our immune system is vital in helping us fight against the diseases that we face, yet very little attention is given to what we can do to naturally prepare ourselves.  As the summer comes to an end and school season is back in full swing, flu and cold season is just around the corner, which means that coronavirus cases are likely to follow. However, Dr. Erika Norris gives some practical advice about how we can improve our natural immune system to fight against respiratory diseases.

This discussion is important for us because BTJ missionaries and partners are regularly traveling from country to country and are exposed to much more than those who choose to stay home, or do not travel as much.

In our latest podcast, Dr. Erika helps us to understand more about our body by pointing out the simple things that we can do through exercise, diet, vitamins, and fellowship to help increase our body’s natural ability to fight against respiratory diseases.

Dr. Eugene Bach is a known trouble-maker with an active imagination and sinful past. He has a PhD, but is not a real doctor, so please do not call for him during a medical emergency on an airplane when someone is having a heart attack. Eugene started working for Back to Jerusalem in the year 2000 after a backroom deal involving Chinese spies, the NRA, Swiss bankers, and a small group of Apostolic Christians that only baptize in Jesus’ name. He spends most of his time in closed countries attempting to topple governments by proclaiming the name of Jesus and not taking showers. From time-to-time he pretends to be a writer. He is not good at it, but everyone around him tries to humor him.
