New Wave of Persecution in China with Christians Arrested

Today as Christians attend church services around the world, please remember the Chinese believers who are having their church services raided.

This Sunday, a new round of persecution appears to be hitting the underground house churches in China. Several seemingly coordinated raids have taken place in difference parts of China, suggesting that there is a new wave of intense persecution coming from Beijing and prayers are needed.

On August 5, Penang District Wenzhou Public Administration announced the end of a Wenzhou Bible college.

On August 11, the leader of the Diamond Church in Pangxia was sentenced to one year and three months imprisonment for leading Christian services.

On August 17, police arrested five Christian believers including a pastor known as Wang Shun Ping and Brother San Luobo under the pretext of the new law, “suspecting organization and funding illegal gatherings.”

On August 17, Pastor Lian Chang-Nian and his wife Guo Jiuju, his son Pastor Lian Xuliang and wife Zhang Jun along with their 9-year-old son, Preacher Fu Juan, and sister Xing Aiping from Xi’an’s Abundant Church were taken to Shilipu police station after their homes were raided. Pastor Lian had several injuries to his head and arms, showing evidence of his abuse.

On August 19, a youth camp in Shanxi Province was raided by over 170 police officers. All of the cell phones were confiscated and the materials were downloaded and searched.

On August 20, a house church in Shanxi was arrested and the pastor, his wife, and coworkers were led away.

On Aug. 21, the House of Light Church in Changchun, Jilin province, was raided by police during its Sunday worship. The authorities dispersed everyone before taking Pastor Zhang Yong (aka Guo Muyun), elder Qu Hongliang, and brother Zhang Liangliang away.

Due to the violent nature of the raid, two female members suffered heart attacks.

On August 23, St. John Home Church was alerted that they were being placed on house arrest by the Public Security Bureau, on suspicion of “deception.”

Here is a video of one of the raids posted on Facebook. Click on the photo to watch:

It is unclear what China hopes to accomplish with the increase in church raids, but the decades of concentrated efforts to stop the growth of the house church have proven wildly unsuccessful thus far.

Dr. Eugene Bach is a known trouble-maker with an active imagination and sinful past. He has a PhD, but is not a real doctor, so please do not call for him during a medical emergency on an airplane when someone is having a heart attack. Eugene started working for Back to Jerusalem in the year 2000 after a backroom deal involving Chinese spies, the NRA, Swiss bankers, and a small group of Apostolic Christians that only baptize in Jesus’ name. He spends most of his time in closed countries attempting to topple governments by proclaiming the name of Jesus and not taking showers. From time-to-time he pretends to be a writer. He is not good at it, but everyone around him tries to humor him.

Xi Jin Ping and the Communist Party please don’t arrest Christians for attending Mass and Praying, these people are not evil or bad but good people who love God and believe in being good moral people and not doing evil things and they don’t want to hurt anyone. The ones you need to be worried about are the evil people who follow Satan the Devil’s works and going around hurting people, stealing, doing very immoral things, unethical things, breaking the Law, doing perverted things, killing people, people who sex slave women and children and people who human traffic women and children, and people who prostitute women and children, people who sell drugs, people who sell weapons and secrets against Governments, people who cyberbully others, those who want to burn down a building and kill people, gang activity, assassinating people, and many other things that are pure evil coming straight from Satan NEVER GOD. Those who follow God would never do such horrible things and if they do and they say they follow God then they are HIPPOCRITES and LIARS and BLASPHEMEING the ALMIGHTY GOD.
