Muslims have brutally gunned down at least a hundred Christians in Nigeria last week. By some estimates, the number is closer to 200 and again the media is silent. Below are pictures from the village posted on X.
Amnesty International (AI) Nigeria brought attention to the attack with a post on the social media platform X on Saturday, slamming the failure of Nigerian authorities to “stem the violence.”
This was not one or two Christians, but as many as two hundred believers in what is a string of bloody attacks with zero action from the government.
Below is one of the Christians who was killed. There was nothing more to cover him with, so the locals used leaves and brush.
The most recent attack took place in the Nigerian village of Yelewata, central Nigeria, on Friday night and the government is doing next to nothing. Many of the Christians were burned to death.
Christians were chased down and slaughtered by machetes, and in some instances, entire families were locked up and burnt inside their bedrooms. According to AI, “So many bodies were burnt beyond recognition.”
Below, villagers can be seen running from their lives. No one is there to fight back against the Muslim marauders. Women and children are left helpless and vulnerable.
