Daughter of Persecuted Pastor Able to Recieve Education Through the Martyrs Scholarship Fund

There is a pastor who has been on the run from authorities in Bhutan to avoid persecution. Unfortunately, his daughter, as part of the family, had to flee from authorities as well. While they were fleeing and hiding, the daughter was unable to register for school.

God works in mysterious ways, and He provided BTJ with the ability to find a top-notch private school for her to register with. Thanks to our partnership with her, we at BTJ have been able to offer her funding through the BTJ Martyrs Scholarship Fund. Recently, we received a wonderful report about this student. She has achieved high marks in her school and is doing great. While the report card says she is second in her class, the teacher affirms that the student can do much better. It is encouraging to know that, although God can do all things for Himself, He wants us to experience joy through helping our brothers and sisters in the name of the Messiah.

If God had not been faithfully taking care of the families, it would be disheartening. As scripture says 1Peter 5:7, “Cast all your cares upon Him for God cares about you…” Thus, God is allowing the daughter of His servant to go to a place she would never have been able to obtain. She is now receiving a top-notch education, bringing great relief to her father, who is on the run and has no place to lay his head and rest. He knows that God is faithful and will remember His children.

I am a Messianic Jewish believer that felt the tug of the L-rd towards the unreached. I decided I would go to China. My love for the Chinese people grew while I was there, but when I learned of the Back to Jerusalem movement, I knew the L-rd wanted me to be proclaiming His gospel message to the unreached people between China and Jerusalem. Let’s unite and complete the great commission. We need to accept the challenge Jesus has given us so that we can feel the exhilaration of victory.
