BTJ Website Has Record Visits for the Month of October!

Our website articles have hit record numbers of views in the last two weeks and we can’t figure out why. On Monday, October 11th, just one article got more than 21,700 views – reaching a record high for the year!

Even though we only have a small missions team we try to provide fresh daily articles, we attempt share inside information that is informative to our supporters, and we strive to share information from the cross section of the mission field as it impacts the daily lives of our supporters from the around the world. But, what is happening is odd.

Here’s why – our social media and marketing skills suck!

Facebook wants Back to Jerusalem to pay money for advertising, which we refuse to do. We don’t pay for Google ads or SEO optimizing. We do not have a marketing company or dedicated marketing personnel working for us. In terms of marketing, we do everything wrong and yet there are still so many people visiting our website every day.

It is not just the website, it is our podcast too. Our dedicated listener base have made the BTJ podcast one of the most popular missions podcasts in the world with tens of thousands of downloads every year from over 110 different nations.

We can’t explain why so many people have chosen to visit our website every day, but we are so thankful! Back to Jerusalem supporters and partners are truly an amazing group of people. We feel so connected to you and are thankful for your continued support.

Dr. Eugene Bach is a known trouble-maker with an active imagination and sinful past. He has a PhD, but is not a real doctor, so please do not call for him during a medical emergency on an airplane when someone is having a heart attack. Eugene started working for Back to Jerusalem in the year 2000 after a backroom deal involving Chinese spies, the NRA, Swiss bankers, and a small group of Apostolic Christians that only baptize in Jesus’ name. He spends most of his time in closed countries attempting to topple governments by proclaiming the name of Jesus and not taking showers. From time-to-time he pretends to be a writer. He is not good at it, but everyone around him tries to humor him.

Eugene – I am so sorry I missed you at Kehilat Yeshua yesterday. My husband and I are still recovering from ‘the bug’ and simply didn’t have the energy to get off the couch yet! I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about your ministry!! We have a daughter in Shijiazjuang and one in Taiwan – beautiful girls who lived with us for a couple of years. We’ve been twice – love them and their people … and miss them terribly! Of course, we’re concerned for them too!

If you’re in Boise still – I would love to try to arrange a time to meet you. We could be C19 free by now!

Thank you for your commitment to the great commission, Eugene – you’re an inspiration!
