Back to Jerusalem is providing warm nutritious meals to women and children who are fleeing from the battlefield in Ukraine. We have been able to do this because we have partnered together with Rukola Dietary Catering in Poland.
The Bible tells us to “feed the orphan and widow” (James 1:27). In this verse, James is referencing the law contained in the Tanakh (Old Testament) which says that those who are in need should be taken care of. The Torah clearly indicates that landowners have a responsibility to help the poor and needy, “When you harvest the ripe crops produced in your land, don’t harvest all the way to corners of your field, and don’t gather the ears of grain left by the harvesters” Leviticus 19:9 (CJB). Therefore, BTJ is trying to give food to those who are in need.
God is blessing the efforts of those who are meeting the needs of the refugees in a way that reflects the love that Jesus has for us. If we have made Jesus our Lord, we are all adopted into His family. Hence, we are overjoyed to share thousands of meals with the refugees. God has provided meals that are of the highest quality and nutritional value, using only fresh ingredients from farming sources.

In years past, Back to Jerusalem has been supported greatly by the Church in Poland. Since we are all a part of the Body of Christ, we wanted to support them back. Thank you to everyone who has donated to BTJ’s efforts to provide aid in Ukraine over recent weeks!
