BTJ Provides Food for this Woman and Her Baby Hiding in Afghanistan

BTJ is directly supporting a group of women who are living in hiding in Afghanistan. This week, BTJ is providing food as well as buying mattresses, bedding, and cooking utensils for a group of women who are hiding together from the Taliban.

In the picture above, Aina (not her real name), sends a video to BTJ. “We have not been able to leave our home for several months,” Aina says as she holds her baby. “If the [Taliban] finds out that we are hiding here, we will be in trouble. We have no money, no jobs, and no food to survive.”

Aina does not know where her husband is. He ‘disappeared’ when the Taliban took control of the country and now she lives every day in fear for her life and the life of her child.  We praise the Lord that He has provided a way for BTJ to get food and supplies directly to Aina and her child.

BTJ has a team on the ground in Afghanistan who are risking their lives to send live reports from inside the country every day. They are risking their lives and the lives of others by sending in the reports, but the situation is so bad that if they do not do something, they will all die of starvation.

Please continue to pray for them.

Dr. Eugene Bach is a known trouble-maker with an active imagination and sinful past. He has a PhD, but is not a real doctor, so please do not call for him during a medical emergency on an airplane when someone is having a heart attack. Eugene started working for Back to Jerusalem in the year 2000 after a backroom deal involving Chinese spies, the NRA, Swiss bankers, and a small group of Apostolic Christians that only baptize in Jesus’ name. He spends most of his time in closed countries attempting to topple governments by proclaiming the name of Jesus and not taking showers. From time-to-time he pretends to be a writer. He is not good at it, but everyone around him tries to humor him.
