BTJ Prayer Guide for Syria: Day 25

Free Burma Rangers

This prayer is written on November 10, which is a special day in the US military because it is the birthday of the United States Marine Corps.

In recognition of this day for the US military, our prayers go out to an organization that BTJ is not directly connected with, but that is doing an amazing work in Syria. That group is known as the Free Burma Rangers.

The Free Burma Rangers started with helping those in Burma that have been forgotten by the rest of the world, but have expanded their work to the war zone of Syria.

Free Burma Rangers was started by a former US Special Forces officer and Fuller Theological Seminary-educated Pastor Dave Eubank.

His military background has made him specially equipped to go into the most dangerous war zones and provide aid to those in most need. At the writing of this prayer, a very somber Dave Eubank reported to the Rojova Information Center that one of his long time friends and volunteer medics Zhao Sang died from Turkish bombs while working in Syria.

Dave and his family are sacrificing everything to bring the Light and Love of Jesus Christ to those in need in Syria.

The prayer and scripture for today is from Free Burma Rangers.

Prayer

“LOVE EACH OTHER.

UNITE AND WORK FOR FREEDOM, JUSTICE, AND PEACE.

FORGIVE AND DON’T HATE EACH OTHER.

PRAY WITH FAITH, ACT WITH COURAGE, NEVER SURRENDER.”

Scripture

Your path led through the sea,
your way through the mighty waters,
though your footprints were not seen.

Pslam 77:19

Dr. Eugene Bach is a known trouble-maker with an active imagination and sinful past. He has a PhD, but is not a real doctor, so please do not call for him during a medical emergency on an airplane when someone is having a heart attack. Eugene started working for Back to Jerusalem in the year 2000 after a backroom deal involving Chinese spies, the NRA, Swiss bankers, and a small group of Apostolic Christians that only baptize in Jesus’ name. He spends most of his time in closed countries attempting to topple governments by proclaiming the name of Jesus and not taking showers. From time-to-time he pretends to be a writer. He is not good at it, but everyone around him tries to humor him.
