BTJ PODCAST CELEBRATES ITS 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

It’s the 10-year anniversary of the Back to Jerusalem Podcast and we are recording it the same way it has been recorded for the last 10 years: on a phone, mid-hike, no equipment, no studio, no edits, and somewhere inside the borders of . . . wherever in the world we are.

This time, our podcast took place in southern China as we reflected on a decade of sharing from the underground church in the most unreached areas of the world. We also reflect on the critics, the stranger in Ephesus who recognized our program from just hearing our voice, and why we are still doing it the same way we did it on day one.

Episode 788: The 10-Year Anniversary of the BTJ POD

This year, we are not only celebrating the 10-year anniversary of our BTJ podcast, but we couldn’t help but acknowledge that we recorded the podcast on the same beaches that Robert Morrison saw 200 years ago when he first arrived to China and where Karl Gutzlaff delivered the first Bibles to China.

It is also important for us to point out that this year, 2026, is the 500-year anniversary of the Bible being printed in the English language for the first time by William Tyndale, who illegally smuggled Bibles into England in 1526.

BTJ wants to thank all of our listeners who have downloaded our podcast in the last 10 years. Over the years we have somehow seen tens of thousands of downloads!  We are so thankful for all those who have been standing with us in prayer and supporting the underground house church in China.

We are praying for the next decade to come.
