Bahrain's cinema owners threaten legal action The film has broken all records in the United Arab Emirates. 66,321 tickets were sold in Dubai in the first three days, relegating previous record holder “Matrix Reloaded” with 59,000 tickets sold to second place. In Kuwait, other film showings were temporarily cancelled, so that for a time, only "Passion" was showing at one multiplex.
